POSITION SUMMARY:
NEW HEIGHTS BMC MEDIA guides brands, businesses, agencies and start-ups through the concept and development of user-friendly advertising & marketing products, promotions, and strategies that highlight the uniqueness of each brand’s proposition.
SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator works in conjunction with the Promotional Marketing & Advertising Coordinator, managing and coordinating schedules of all advertisements sold by the Sales Teams’, and pending advertising activities that are available, but has not yet been sold. Also works with the Traffic Director to ensure fulfillment of all bulk contract and individual subscription sales. Creates reports for the sales force regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings. Provides customer service regarding products and services. Performs administrative duties for the sales team.
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator also assist the Sales Director with overseeing, managing, and coordinating the sales schedules for The RTC Directory Business Marketing Systems, and joint-promotional programs, as well as Menu Ad spaces to prospective (restaurant and catering) advertising clients; print, online and digital Ad Exposure to non-food advertisers, and Preferred Position Ads to corporate brand advertisers and organizations who desire to advertise within The RTC Directory & TheRTCDirectory.com.
In addition, The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for researching, designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company’s products, as well as developing sales presentations and providing reports based on various information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
The initial staff is expected to assume multiple roles while undertaking multiple responsibilities. Your duties may include:
- Developing sales presentations
- Qualifying and responding to inbound lead inquiries
- Researching and creating target lists of prospective clients
- Generating reports and conducting analysis of sales performance data
- Generating reports and conducting analysis of data for product sales market.
- Providing reports based on marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing.
- Researches and develops pricing policies and recommends appropriate sales channels
- Researching, evaluating, and recommending enhancements to the sales positioning of the organization's products.
- Working with sales teams to refine presentations for best effectiveness.
- Coordinating sales programs to support the growth and expansion of company’s products and services
- Working with web staff, product managers, and sales team to obtain intel on products that compete with sales
- Tracking progress to understand how NEW HEIGHTS BMC products perform against other sales & marketing products.
- Organizing and maintaining information in a searchable data base.
- Maintaining project trackers and conducting monthly reviews with the product management team.
- Time-phasing tasks so that they are performed at the appropriate time and in the correct sequence.
- Completing a "Launch Checklist", signaling that a product is ready for release and general promotion.
- Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships and partnerships with clients and product teams
- Acting as a liaison between team members and clients to accomplish results and identify alternative solutions
- Assisting in the stimulation of product excitement through daily promotions, marketing, PR, and sales strategies.
