POSITION SUMMARY:
NEW HEIGHTS BMC MEDIA guides brands, businesses, agencies and start-ups through the concept and development of user-friendly advertising & marketing products, promotions, and strategies that highlight the uniqueness of each brand’s proposition.
PROMOTIONAL FEATURES COORDINATOR
The Promotional Features Coordinator oversees all activity involved in the scheduling, organizing, rotating, and execution of all of the organization's promotions, as well as the daily website featured promotion – “The RTC Directory Lunch Box/ Deal-of-the-Day”.
The Promotional Features Coordinator contacts participating restaurants to schedule and coordinate their deal-of-the-day rotations, communicates rotation plans to their assigned restaurant liaison, and assist in influencing their featured deal-of-the-day decisions.
S/he schedules and coordinates all restaurant deal-of-the-day rotations, then relays the deal rotation information, expiration, and schedule coordination to all internal and external promotional content and development teams – including The RTC Directory staff, partnering radio and TV stations, and NEW HEIGHTS BMC MEDIA.
The Promotional Features Coordinator also schedules, informs, and accompany the restaurant assigned personnel during their visit to the participating radio and TV studios for their live (on-air), featured-deal commercial promotion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
The initial staff is expected to assume multiple roles while undertaking multiple responsibilities. Your duties may include:
- Providing day-to-day management of the organization's daily website featured promotion
- Updating client daily featured promotional Ad content
- Scheduling all daily featured promotion rotations for the organization’s website
- Monitoring “The RTC Directory’s Lunch Box/Deal-of-the-Day” web-traffic
- Overseeing the development of the deal-of-the-day coupon content – with expiration
- Planning restaurant rotations and communicating with restaurant liaisons
- Scheduling deal-of-the-day rotations and relaying deal expiration information
- Coordinating scheduled rotations with internal and external development teams
- Accompanying restaurant personnel to all participating radio and TV studios
- Recommending ways to apply new digital products and solutions that will maximize their value to the organization
- Leading and directing the work of others
- Relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Assisting research and evaluation of emerging trends in information technology to determine their organizational worth
- Respecting and maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of NEW HEIGHTS BMC.
- Complying with and adhering to all NEW HEIGHTS BMC policies and procedures.
