NEW HEIGHTS BMC MEDIA guides brands, businesses, agencies and start-ups through the concept and development of user-friendly advertising & marketing products, promotions, and strategies that highlight the uniqueness of each brand’s proposition.

DIGITAL CONTENT EDITOR – DIGITAL ADS & PROMOTIONS MANAGER

The Digital Content Editor performs a variety of tasks including overseeing all web & digital advertising and promotional content, and being responsible for the day-to-day development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's website.

The Digital Content Editor monitors all web-traffic, approves or denies all content for web and digital advertising and/or promotions, maintains the web server, and manages all back-end web development. S/he implements assigned areas of the web project, including assisting with the management of “The RTC Directory Lunch Box” – the organization's daily website feature promotion.

The Digital Content Editor collaborates with the Promotions Coordinator in scheduling “The RTC Directory Lunch Box” restaurant rotations and communicating rotation plans to the assigned restaurant liaison. S/he assist in influencing featured deal-of-the-day decisions, scheduling restaurant deal-of-the-day rotations, and relaying deal rotation and expiration information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

The initial staff is expected to assume multiple roles while undertaking multiple responsibilities. Your duties may include:

• Providing day-to-day maintenance and management of the organization's website
• Ensuring that the site meets the business needs of the organization
• Approving or denying content for web & digital advertising or promotions
• Updating all photos and content on the organization’s website
• Updating and scheduling all client Ads and promotional content on the organization’s website
• Recommending ways to apply new digital products and solutions that will maximize their value to the organization
• Designing materials and assisting in staff education on the use of all new technology
• Leading and directing the work of others
• Monitoring “The RTC Directory’s Lunch Box/Deal-of-the-Day” web-traffic
• Editing and implementing deal-of-the-day coupon content and expiration
• Updating all deal-of-the-day rotations and expiration information
• Communicating scheduled rotations with internal development teams
• Updating all printable and digital coupon information and expirations
• Relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Assisting research and evaluation of emerging trends in information technology to determine their organizational worth
• Respecting and maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of NEW HEIGHTS BMC.
• Complying with and adhering to all NEW HEIGHTS BMC policies and procedures.
